Digital Marketing & Commercial Systems Leader
AI Operator

I help companies that make physical products build practical systems that drive revenue. Currently focused on scaling an industrial manufacturer through the intersection of E-commerce, Brand Strategy, and Pragmatic AI.

About Me

One Focus: Systems That Scale.
I have spent two decades navigating the full arc of commerce from brand building to P&L outcomes, for companies that make physical products. My experience spans global leaders like W.F. Young, Ocean Spray and Nestlé to my leadership within the industrial tool sector, where I have spent nearly a decade driving growth across two key tenures.
My Philosophy as an AI Operator
In the industrial space, the marketing gap is rarely a lack of vision; it’s a lack of resources and usable systems. I specialize in closing that gap by making complex digital tools actually work for the humans running them.
As an AI Operator, I move past the hype to focus on the last mile of implementation—turning AI into a lever for efficiency rather than a burden for the team.Core Expertise:
Systemic Leverage: Building the internal marketing and sales infrastructure that allows small to mid-sized brands to out-compete larger players.
Omnichannel Scaling: Turning Amazon Seller Central and Shopify Plus into primary revenue drivers.Human-Centric AI: Leading the integration of AI into marketing and sales workflows that solve real-world bottlenecks.

What I'm Building

Projects & Professional Labs
Outside of my primary leadership role, I use these projects as a sandbox to test new technologies, stay sharp as a builder, and explore the future of work.
01 / Civic AI & Municipal Strategy
Currently advising town committee on using AI to transform raw data into clear, accessible community communications and operational efficiencies.
02 / Midlife Modern Studio
A project helping women in midlife use AI to bridge the gap between their deep experience and the modern digital economy.
03 / Honey Bean Farm
My 15-year "original" startup. A small family farm in Western Massachusetts that keeps me grounded in the physical world of bees and flowers.
